Submission at 23:59
Version 1.0 · Regulatory escape room · about 60 minutes
A regulatory escape room for pharmacovigilance professionals. It is 22:00, a PSUSA variation is due at midnight, and you have to classify, prepare and submit it using the real EU variations guideline. Fictional scenario, for training only.
How it works
- It is 22:00 on a Friday. A PSUSA variation is due at 23:59, and you are the only one left in the office. Five rooms take you from the inbox to the submit button.
- The game does not contain the regulatory texts. Each task links the official document to open, such as the EU variations guideline on EUR-Lex. Look it up as you would on a real evening.
- The clock runs at double speed, so a round takes about an hour. Wrong answers and paid hints cost time and points. If you need more time, you can buy ten minutes for points.
- Your submission time and your last decisions lead to one of three endings, followed by a debrief with sources and a training certificate you can download as a PDF.

Progress is saved in this browser only. The game, the company and all documents in it are fictional. It is a training exercise, not regulatory advice, and it does not replace your company's procedures.
